About The Villa Luparetta
Villa Luparetta is a holiday home consisting of a large villa in addition to a large annex, about 35 km northwest of Rome.
The place has 17 beds in 8 bedrooms in total, all with air conditioning and generally high standard.
The place is rural with views to surrounding hills on one side and the sea on the other. Enjoy the view of rolling agricultural area with olive groves and grape anchors!
Main building
The main building consists of 4 bedrooms, all with access to patio / ball king, 4 bathrooms, large living room and kitchen.
8 bedrooms/ 17 beds
We can offer 17 beds in 8 bedrooms. There are 8 bathrooms of which 7 are with shower. Some of the rooms will have to share bathroom.
Pizza oven and home dining
A large wood fired pizza oven and outdoor kitchen makes Luparetta ideal for families who enjoys home cooking. Have your dinner by the pool or by one of the many patios.
Kitchen garden
Depending on season, guests are welcome the harvest from Luparetta’s kitchen garden. Here you will find tomatoes, squash, eggplants, cucumbers and more.
Large garden
We take proud of keeping the garden in good condition. It is ideal for a relaxing garden play.
The pool
The pool is large with a diving board and a depth of 3.5 meters at its deepest.
The annex
The annex is a separate house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a small living room/kitchen and fitness room with wardrobe.
Gym
Guests are free to use the well-equipped gym with wardrobe and showers.

All prices include washing, electricity gas etc.
Villa Luparette is only rented out for whole weeks.
Payment: 20% deposit on booking. The FINAL is due 14 days prior to arrival.The rental starts on FRIday at. 1600 and ends FRIday at. 1000.
About the Area
ETRUSCAN TOMBS IN CERVETERI
Cerveteri are perhaps best known for their Etruscan history. A visit to the beautifully decorated tombs just outside the city is highly recommended.
CERVETERI
The villa is located 4 kilometres outside the small town of Cerveteri which offers a small and cosy "old town". Here you will find many cosy restaurants and shops. Despite being close to both the coast and Rome, you mostly meet only Italians in this city.
Lago de Bracciano
Lago de Bracciano - around this beautiful lake lies the towns of Bracciano, Trevignano and Anguillara Sabazia. Everyone is worth a visit. You can get from town to town by car, bike or with the small ferry that sails on the lake.
ROMA
Rome - perhaps the world's most beautiful city, is only 40 minutes away, whether you choose a train or car.
SANTA SERVERA
Santa Servera - a cosy seaside resort with good beach restaurants and beach space whether you want to pay for a sunbed or lie down on the outskirts for free.
